Cherokee Distance Night/Lenape Dual Meet
On Monday the 27th the girls competed in the 2nd Night of Distance at Cherokee. 1 pr in the 800m and 4 in the 1600m despite the very windy conditions. Shanno Young saw the biggest improvement dropping her 1600m time down to 6:08.63
On Tuesday the team went up against Lenape. One of the top teams in South Jersey as well as the state, Lenape proved too much for us as we suffered our 2nd loss this season. Despite the loss their were 73 season best performances. Freshman Morgan Clark ran 59.8 in the 400m which is #2 all time as for freshman. There were many other huge highlights.
