Manchester Invitational

This year's trip saw the team travel up to Manchester New Hampshire to compete in the 41st Manchester Invitational. For the varsity squad this would be their first 5k race of the season. The pre-race dinner was probably one of the best that we have ever had on our trips. The meet started off with the JV team running some pretty fast times. Shannon young had an incredible race placing 13th over all out of the 254 runners and running a season best time of 22:11. In the varsity race, the race went out fast and the competition did not let up. Jess McAdams led the way for our team running 20:25 to place 43rd out of the 228 runners. She was followed by Bree Gleason, Hailey

Bookwalter, Gabby Moraschi, Kassie Kromish, Julianne Gallagher, and Izzi Moraschi. The team placed 15th out of the 32 teams that scored. That evening the team traveled to play paintball and had a blast.
